A series of electronic services provided for Nama Water customers to manage water accounts and bills issued by Nama Water. The services offered include:

• Public services:
  • Bills Search.
  • View monthly dues.
  • Online payment of bills.
• Registered services in the Diam portal:
  • Add one or more water accounts.
  • Organize accounts into groups for easier monitoring.
  • Submit self-meter readings for billing purposes.
  • Online bill payment.
  • Access to account statements and payment history.
• New services:
  • Report water leakage.
  • Request a new water connection.
